iBASEt Takes Top Honors at AEA Orange County High-Tech Awards

Foothill Ranch, Calif. – May 22, 2006 . iBASEt announced today that Ladeira Poonian, the Chairman of the Board and CEO of iBASEt, received the Outstanding Woman in Technology award at the 13th Annual AEA High-Tech Innovation Awards. The awards were announced on Thursday, May 18, during a dinner ceremony at the Westin Hotel South Coast Plaza attended by over 500 guests.

“I am very pleased that iBASEt was selected for this award and it is a true testament to the iBASEt team and our focus on customer satisfaction,” said Poonian. “This honor makes our 20th anniversary celebration even more special. Additionally, we are responding to growth in our East Coast customer base by inaugurating a new office in Meriden, CT.”

This award adds to the momentum building at iBASEt. The company continues to gather momentum in the Aerospace and Defense market with new large customers like United Space Alliance (Space Shuttle Program) and new partnerships with big software companies like SAP and Kaba Benzing. Additionally, during the last fiscal year which ended April 30, 2006, the Company achieved revenue growth in excess of 30% and record employment levels at both its divisions.
