Lake Forest, Calif., July 13, 1999 - iBASEt (Information Based Technology™) a leading provider of paperless manufacturing execution systems (pMES), has entered into a software and services agreement with BWX Technologies Inc., a McDermott International, Inc. company. The agreement includes deployment of iBASEt's Solumina™ manufacturing system at the Naval Nuclear Fuel Division in Lynchburg, Virginia. Solumina will eventually replace eight outdated manufacturing systems with an integrated, "Windows-based" system. Initial implementation is to be completed within 6 months.

Phil Davis, iBASEt President and COO said about the sale, "This BWX Technologies facility is required to maintain precision components and products ranging in size from grams to tons. BWXT's focus on quality is paramount and was one of the vital criteria used in selecting Solumina."
