Telecom Solutions Acquires New Corporate Headquarters for Expanding Shopfloor 2000™ Business

Revenue Growth of 7000 Percent over Five Years Prompted the Move, Says TSI Founder

Lake Forest, Calif., June 1, 1998 – Telecom Solutions, Inc. (TSI), a leading provider of integrated Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) technology, relocated its corporate headquarters to accommodate a growing work force resulting from increased market acceptance of its Shopfloor 2000 (SF2000®) suite of software applications. In a separate statement issued today, TSI also announced a multi-year, multi-million dollar agreement with the Boeing company (NYSE: BA) utilizing the SF2000 system for paperless "factory floor" operations at several Boeing manufacturing sites.

TSI has offices near customer locations around the country and is headquartered in Lake Forest, California. TSI's work force in Southern California has tripled over the past two years. The company's new 40,000 square foot facility is located at 20162 Windrow Circle, Lake Forest, adjacent to the Foothill Transportation Corridor in Orange County.
