Lake Forest, October 13, 2000 – iBASEt has been awarded a contract by TRW to implement Solumina, its paperless manufacturing execution solution (pMES), at TRW's Space & Electronic Group facility in Redondo Beach, California.

Solumina, a large-footprint commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution, will replace a number of point solutions and legacy systems at TRW. The Redondo Beach site is the second TRW operation to select Solumina and follows the successful implementation of Solumina at TRW Aeronautical Systems' Shaftmore Lane site in Birmingham, England.
