Product Training - Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul
Course offerings include comprehensive training for all personnel. Training is typically conducted at iBASEt's training facility in Foothill Ranch, California. The minimum class size is 6; the maximum size is 12. If the number of students exceeds 12, another instructor will be required at an additional fee. We request that students have a similar knowledge base.
End User Training - Complete Application
Solumina® Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Hands-On Training - #T0230
This hands-on lab course covers the complete end-user MRO suite: Systems Administration, Process Planning, Shopfloor Execution, and Discrepancy Dispositioning functions. It is designed for trainers, information technology staff, implementation team members, and application evaluators to give them a working knowledge of Solumina.
Prerequisite: Personal computer experience

End User Training - Individual Classes
The following are individual classes focusing on each area of functionality. Each class has a brief overview of the entire suite to demonstrate the inter-relationship among functions. These classes are intended only for end users who do not require knowledge of the full suite.
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Process Planning – #T0331
This hands-on lab course teaches students to author and revise work plans for multiple service activities, author work instructions for pre-planned service tasks and release work orders for each service visit.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Execution – #T0332
This hands-on lab course teaches shopfloor personnel and inspectors to sign on to the application, perform data collections and buyoffs, document and disposition discrepancies, add non-routine operations.

Train the Trainer – T0211
Train the Trainer classes are available for Manufacturing, MRO and Supplier Quality after finishing one of the complete classes. This course discusses the optimum structure of instructional material to present Solumina functionality, including flow, timing and exercises. It provides conceptual explanations in more detail.
Prerequisite: One of the complete Solumina End User Classes
